With over a decade’s worth of experience supporting people of all backgrounds, I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help. I prioritise creating a space in therapy where you feel heard and safe to work through the challenges you are facing. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficulties with your self-esteem, cognitive behavioural therapy can be a helpful way to achieve meaningful change.

I have a special interest in working with couples as I believe the quality of our relationships can have a significant impact on our overall well-being. And let’s be honest, relationships go through tough seasons!  That’s why I’m passionate about guiding you in navigating their complexities. My approach focuses on helping you develop fulfilling and reciprocal dynamics. We’ll work together to strengthen your communication in ways that create closeness, while also inviting you to lean into vulnerability.
